Sources. Content is written from named statutes and official sources — Dubai property legislation and decrees, the Dubai Land Department and RERA, the Rental Dispute Centre, the DIFC and Dubai Courts — and those sources are cited on the page that relies on them. We do not source the law from third-party blogs or aggregators.
Verification. Before publication, every page passes a named verification owner who checks each statement of law and each figure against the official text. On the day of publication, the statute references are re-confirmed at source — not from notes, from the text.
Dates. Each page carries the date it was last verified. A figure or statutory reference without a date is not one of ours.
Changes. When the law or an official schedule changes, the page changes, and the date changes with it. Between our updates, the official source governs.
